Cancellation Policy

The large-price services require a $50 non-refundable deposit because of the value of the stylist's and client's time. The deposit will be held and used on the final invoice, which reports the appointment date. You can only reschedule the appointment once and only 24 hours before. No-shows or cancellations will not be refunded under any circumstances. Deposits are non-refundable.
